Stephen D. Colbert
Mr. Colbert graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Economics in 1971. He immediately continued his studies at the University of Oklahoma School of Law, graduating in 1974. Mr. Colbert is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Texas, having been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1992.
Mr. Colbert is admitted to practice in numerous Federal District Courts and Circuit Courts. He has extensive experience in commercial transactions and commercial litigation, estate planning, and probate. He has successfully handled anti-trust cases involving the Noerr-Pennington Doctrine, the Sherman Act, and the Robinson-Patman Act. Mr. Colbert also has substantial experience in Tribal Sovereignty issues.
Mr. Colbert has been in private practice in Flower Mound, Texas, for the past 20 years. He has been involved in numerous civic organizations over the years and is an active member of the Catholic Church.

Erin Apfel Dion
Erin Apfel Dion grew up in Denton County and graduated from Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas. She attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated magna cum laude in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Marketing and Criminology. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Dion was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. Following graduation from OU, Ms. Dion went directly to law school, graduating from Baylor University School of Law in 2010. Ms. Dion passed the Texas Bar in 2010 and returned to Denton County to begin practicing law.
Ms. Dion grew interested in family law while spending two summers interning with the Honorable Marilea Lewis of the 330th District Court in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from Baylor, Ms. Dion began working for the firm in June 2010, where she practices primarily in the areas of family law (including divorce, child custody & visitation, post-divorce modification, enforcement of orders, paternity, and adoption), estate planning & probate, and general civil law.
